Diet Results - early weekly update
Hello everyone,
This has been a great week for all of our diet partners.
The total weight loss is now at 107 pounds for the week between 13 people reporting in so far. Average weight lost is 8.2 pounds.
The total weight gain for those on weight gain programs is at 54 pounds between 8 people reporting so far. This averages out to 6.5 pounds.
So our total healthy weight change for the week is 161 pounds. Average weight loss / gain is 8.5 pounds.
Congratulations dieting partners you are doing great.
We will give you the total diet and weight loss / gain results after all diet partners report in. The results so far were so good I had to tell everyone.

Ahhh. .. I cheated on my diet
The best of us slip,sometimes.Not that I'm the best but,I did slip!
I am diabetic with hyper-tension and have an overactive metabolism. So instead of constantly trying to lose weight, my issue is maintaining a healthy weight. Especially late at night when the craving for food is like the boogie man. My personal diet and health plan doesn't include meta sugars. Still, I broke down, and got some candy.
Then . . . just like clock, work my dieting partner saved the day.
She just happened to IM me as I was eating chocolate. Sugar is my biggest health problem, but it's sooooooo good. Renea caught me right on cue. After my first bite of unhealthy wasted carb filled chocolate. Thanks Renea for such good timing.
We here at ways2slim.com never get tired of stating one thing
about health plans, weight loss, dieting and keeping with diets.
"It's easier to stay healthy with help",
so find a weight loss partner or friend to help. We all have moments of weakness, or junk food availability in my case, but with support it's not as hard. Weight loss buddies help you help yourself stick to the program.

Cheryl lost 18 pounds, 10.3 this week!
After seeing the results from your weight loss program I was inspired. I just couldn't sleep without sharing the diet achievements of Cheryl. She has lost 10.3 pounds this week.
