Ahhh. .. I cheated on my diet
The best of us slip,sometimes.Not that I'm the best but,I did slip!
I am diabetic with hyper-tension and have an overactive metabolism. So instead of constantly trying to lose weight, my issue is maintaining a healthy weight. Especially late at night when the craving for food is like the boogie man. My personal diet and health plan doesn't include meta sugars. Still, I broke down, and got some candy.
Then . . . just like clock, work my dieting partner saved the day.
She just happened to IM me as I was eating chocolate. Sugar is my biggest health problem, but it's sooooooo good. Renea caught me right on cue. After my first bite of unhealthy wasted carb filled chocolate. Thanks Renea for such good timing.
