Cheryl lost 18 pounds, 10.3 this week!
After seeing the results from your weight loss program I was inspired. I just couldn't sleep without sharing the diet achievements of Cheryl. She has lost 10.3 pounds this week. Cheryls using a negative calorie diet plan and simple low impact exercise. For the first week of her custom diet plan she lost 3 pounds. She almost gave up on the second week after losing 5 more pounds. After working so hard to keep on her new weight loss program this discouraged her. She wants to lose more weight faster.
When I read her story we found her a dieting partner fast. Because as we all know, diets are hard by yourself! Now she is back on track and the pounds are coming off.
